This commit implements the missing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) required by the `agent-forum-v4` architecture blueprint as identified in `CONCEPTS.md`.
Updates include:
- `execution_flywheel_poc.ts`: Implemented mock version (Gen 1) using in-memory state and physical version (Gen 2) utilizing actual file I/O tracking to prove state management bounds.
- `tool_sandbox_poc.ts`: Implemented mock version (Gen 1) yielding simulated telemetry and physical version (Gen 2) utilizing real production-grade tool invocations (Semgrep via CLI and Tree-sitter via WASM module).
- `git_hooks_poc.ts`: Implemented mock version (Gen 1) intercepting simulated events and physical version (Gen 2) configuring a physical Git temp directory executing native `.git/hooks/pre-commit` hooks.
- `BOUNDARIES.md`: Documented explicit technical boundaries in both `poc-g1` and `poc-g2` to enforce strict isolation vs production file-system operation.
- Fixed Deno Linting constraints across `poc-g2/` scripts.
- `CONCEPTS.md`: Status flags updated to ✅.

This commit ports the remaining Gen 1 proof-of-concept experiments from `forum/poc-g1` into `forum/poc-g2` while substituting naive mocks with real, production-ready mechanisms.
Key advancements include:
- `code_intelligence_poc.ts` and `cfg_poc.ts`: Swapped regex matching for actual Javascript AST traversal using `acorn`.
- `static_analysis_poc.ts`: Replaced mock payloads with real `deno lint --json` output executed via `Deno.Command`.
- `vector_db_poc.ts` and `multi_vec_poc.ts`: Replaced basic JS arrays with actual `jsr:@db/sqlite` instances utilizing User-Defined Functions (UDFs) to perform native vector cosine similarity queries in memory or on disk.
- `protobuf_poc.ts`: Implemented robust protobuf serialization/deserialization via `protobufjs`.
- Semantic/Governance PoCs (`constitution_poc.ts`, `ontology_poc.ts`, `state_machine_poc.ts`, `orphan_branch_poc.ts`, etc): Replaced string-mock I/O with absolute filesystem reads, real YAML parsing using `jsr:@std/yaml`, and isolated `Deno.Command` Git sandboxes.
- Updated `forum/poc-g2/lab.ts` to orchestrate and execute all 19 experiments, proving 100% test pass rate with Gen 2 tooling.

- Renamed `forum/experiments` to `forum/poc-g1` to designate generation 1.
- Created `forum/poc-g2` and a new `lab.ts` runner.
- Non-destructively migrated `dag_engine_poc.ts`, `git_storage_poc.ts`, `merkle_diff_poc.ts`, and `frontmatter_poc.ts` to `poc-g2`.
- Upgraded migrated PoCs to utilize actual production-ready tools (e.g. `std/yaml` parsing and isolated `Deno.Command` Git repos) per blueprint constraints.

- Adds GRAVEYARD.md to document dismissed anti-patterns (Doc-to-LoRA and PASTE).
- Implements corresponding Proof-of-Concept scripts in `forum/experiments/` (multi_vec_poc.ts, orchestration_matrix_poc.ts, static_analysis_poc.ts, and graveyard_poc.ts).
- Integrates all new PoCs into the `lab.ts` experiment runner.

- Update `ASSESSMENT.md` to specify UUIDv7 for YAML DAG identifiers and map legacy slugs to optional metadata.
- Consolidate all data structure definitions into a single `DATA_STRUCTURES.md` reference within `/forum`.
- Add new experimental proofs-of-concept for JSON-LD traceability (`ontology_poc.ts`) and bounded model checking (`state_machine_poc.ts`).
- Introduce `lab.ts` as a terminal harness to automatically run and summarize all experiments in the `/forum/experiments` directory.
